Established in 1992, the Blue Coyote Grill has earned a local, national and international reputation for the finest Southwestern and authentic Mexican cuisine on beautiful Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs. In addition, we have become world renown for our Signature "Wild Coyote Margarita." This is a delicious margarita you will NOT forget! To enhance your dining experience, the Blue Coyote Grill has created expansive patios that invite leisurely dining under our beautiful desert sky.

We also have numerous casitas for those who prefer inside dining. And lets not forget the lively music that inspires our guests to just linger a while. It's no wonder that the Palm Springs Hotel and Hospitality Association named the Blue Coyote Grill the "Most Highly Recommended Restaurant."

We can easily accommodate groups of 20 to 75 people. We can also provide a private dining room with patio for your larger parties.

Yucatan MahiFilete Jalapeño - Broiled twin tenderloin medallions of beef, topped with Jalapeño Cream sauce, julienne peppers and onions. Served with potato chimi, chipotle mashed potatoes or baked potato and vegetables.  25.95

Yucatan Mahi - Mahi-Mahi marinated in achiote paste, butter &: grapefruit juice. Served with potato chimi and vegetables.  18.95

Yucatan Lamb - Charbroiled lamb marinated in grapefruit juice, garlic and achiote paste. Served with potato chimi and vegetables.  18.95

Pollo Cilantro - A rolled boneless chicken breast with red corn tortillas, jack cheese and fresh cilantro. Baked and sliced, topped with jalapeño cream and spicy tomato sauces. Served with black beans and rice. A customer favorite for 12+ years!!!  18.95

Filete Jalapeno Tampico - Carne Asada and a cheese enchilada topped with an ortega chile with sides of guacamole & pico de gallo. Served with rice and beans.  16.95

Chuleta de Rez a la Parrilla - Porterhouse steak marinated in olive oil, fresh garlic, red wine vinegar, crushed red peppers & bay leaves. Broiled to perfection, topped with mushrooms, white wine, brown sauce, & diced red bell peppers. Served with vegetables & choice of baked potato or chipotle mashed potatoes.  21.95

Cowboy Steak
- A 14 oz. New York steak grilled to perfection. Served with chipotle mashed potatoes, potato chimi or baked potato and vegetables.  25.95

Seafood

Salmon a La Parrilla - Broiled salmon with garlic and olive oil. Served over a dill caper cream sauce with vegetables and rice.  18.95

Camarones Confideo
- Sauteed shrimp with garlic and olive oil. Finished with orange liqueur. Served on a bed of pasta with adobo sauce or the milder jalapeño cream sauce and vegetables.  18.95

Paella For Two - A delicious combination of Spanish sausage, chicken shellfish and seafood. Served on saffron rice. A true Spanish classic!  34.95  (Please allow 25 minutes cooking time.)

Coyote Red Snapper - Grilled & spiced red snapper. Served over a bed of fresh spinach & topped with cilantro sauce. Served with chipotle mashed potatoes & vegetables.  18.95

Trio de Brochetas - One skewer each chicken, shrimp & scallops. Served over saffron rice or pasta with adobo sauce or the milder jalapeño cream sauce, vegetables and red pepper mayonnaise.  19.95
