I tried to add image but I don't know how to do this
Can anyone be kind to tell me how?

You'll need to register first. After this is done and you're logged in - click on the 'paperclip' icon above - just to the right of the smiley face. Browse for your picture and then upload. You will have be sure the photo is not too big, otherwise the upload will fail. Let me know how it goes.
