New Year's Eve in Palm Springs

Here are my suggestions for some restaurants with a "fun atmosphere" for teenagers on New Year's Eve - although I'm not sure if any are having any 'special' events that evening. Worth looking into...

Las Casita Mexican Restaurant
411 East Palm Canyon Drive
Palm Springs, CA 92262
760.320.8993

Las Casuelas Nuevas
70-050 Highway 111
Rancho Mirage, CA 92270
760.321.0176

Village Pub
266 South Palm Canyon Drive
Palm Springs, CA 92262
(760) 323-3265
Village Pub has pool tables and Live music. Might be too old for your teenagers though...

Matchbox
Mercado Plaza / Mezzanine Level
155 South Palm Canyon Drive
Palm Springs, CA 92262
Reservations: 1.760.778.6000

New Year's Eve in Palm Springs w/ teenagers....

Are you planning on keeping them out until midnight? If not, you can always take them to the Wildlights Festival at The Living Desert or the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. I do not think the tramway has any special New Year's Eve events, but it is open and the last tram comes back down just before 10pm. Another idea is to go to a restaurant with a fun atmoshere. Here are a few suggestions - if interested, contact them to see if they have anything special planned for NY's Eve which would be good for teenagers: Johnny Costa's (760.325.4556), Las Casuelas Terraza (760) 325-2794 or El Mirasol (760) 323-0721.

New Year's Eve 2010

We will be in Palm Springs on New Year's Eve with our teenage kids. What should we do to celebrate?
