Default Question about housing

We are looking at housing in the Joshua Tree area. We would like a small home with land (several acres if possible) or just land to build on (or even a small farm to take over & fixer-uppers are fine). Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent or know of any contacts for that kind of thing?

Thank you.
