Visitor Trip from Valley to Disneyland

We are planning on driving from Desert Hot Springs to Disneyland on a Monday morning. Any recommendations on the best routes and how long it will take? Google Maps says it will be anywhere from 1 1/2 hour to 3 hours depending on traffic. Has anyone made a similar trip on a Monday morning that can offer advise on what I can expect? Thanks!

If you leave Palm Springs at 10am or 11am (not before 10), you should get there in about 90 minutes.

We actually need to be at Disneyland around 9:30 a.m. What time should we leave Desert Hot Springs?

It took me 2 1/2 to 2 hours and 45 minutes to get there - without traffic!!! So, be sure to leave yourself extra time if you *have* to be there by 9:30am.
