According to Mind & Body Medicine, there are about 7,000 nerves in the feet representing every organ and system in your body. These nerve endings are called reflexes and Reflexology is a technique that targets specific points by stimulating these nerve endings. An ancient technique, this is based on the belief that for each part of the foot is a mirror site for a part of the body.All four of us who had massages had the most wonderful experience! Norma and Kerry could not have been better. Needless to say, we all floated away from our massages on cloud nine! I cannot thank you enough for accommodating us and going way above and beyond to provide us with the ultimate service. Needless to say I will be recommending Spa Blend to my friends and family AND will definitely be reaching out to you again next time I find myself in Palm Springs. My family and I have been going to Norma for massage for quite a while now. Norma truly has a gift and her healing hands make you feel like a new person. She really understands the body and different types of massage for different situations. My mother battled breast cancer , I was pregnant, and my sister had a torn ligament in her leg. We all went to Norma for massage and she helped each one of our individual situations and took away all of our inner toxins. She really gives an incredible pregnancy massage!
