Located in the heart of Country Club Row in beautiful Palm Desert, the resort is a gated community of 960 privately owned duplex homes, and is only a short 25 minute drive from the Palm Springs International airport. The Palm Desert Town Center mall is only minutes away and the elegant shops of world famous El Paseo Drive are close by as well. The resort is surrounded by the spectacular views of the Santa Rosa, San Jacinto, and San Gorgonio mountains.

Palm Desert Resort and Country Club offers an 18 hole par 72 regulation golf course (the course is a true recreational layout featuring lush double wide fairway), the community has 20 pools that are heated during the winter season and each one has a companion hot therapy spa. Thirteen tennis courts are available daily and are lighted for evening play. The spacious 42,000 square foot full service clubhouse features a very comfortable lounge, and a dining room over looking huge lakes and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. May use the golf and tennis facilities at the resort (applicable rates will be established by the country club).

Will be entitled to discounts in the clubhouse lounge, dining room and pro shops.

Our owners request that you only smoke outdoors, if violated, deductions will be made from rental deposit.

The homes at Palm Desert Resort and Country Club
are single story, built in duplex configuration. A variety of floor plans are available for rent: one bedroom, one bedroom and den, two bedroom two bath, and two bedroom and den with two baths. Rental homes may be located on fairways, poolside, or on lush greenbelt. All are fully appointed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Because each home is individually owned, the decor is seldom the same. Each home has a minimum of two televisions and a VCR. Kitchens are fully equipped. Bedroom sleeping accommodations will vary with each home.
