Celebrate the food and wine of Portugal, hosted by executive chef Pedro Baroso. A native of Portugal, Chef Pedro will share stories of his homeland and inspiration for each dish. Each course is paired with wines from the region, hand-selected by Sommelier Bruce Barrett. This intimate dining experience will accommodate 22 guests at each seating. The experience is $125++ and includes complimentary valet parking.
The authentic small plate tasting menu includes:
- Octopus Salad and Marinated Olives
- Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato – Clams cooked in white wine, butter, and cilantro
- Gambas ao Alho e Malagueta – Sautéed jumbo prawns, garlic, and malagueta chili
- Chicken Piri Piri – Roasted chicken, Piri Piri sauce, fries
- Prego em Bolo do Caco -Beef steak sandwich with caramelized onion, Queijo São Jorge, and sweet potato bun
- Pastel de Nata – Portuguese egg custard tart
